Let’s be completely honest - Nordic Beast wasn't born from a heartwarming story about a rescue kitten. It was born from a realization that the pet industry was settling for garbage.
The unboxing nightmare.
Back in 2022, cat wheels were exploding in popularity. But when we looked at the actual products being sold, we were horrified.
The market offered two terrible options: flimsy plastic hoops or flawed wooden wheels. Almost nothing could hold above a 4.0-star average. The rare 4.5-star products only had a handful of early reviews, plummeting as soon as real customers used them.
The unboxing experience was a total nightmare:
- Toxic materials: Runway carpets that smelled like a chemistry lab.
- Poor quality control: Missing hardware and paint defects out of the box.
- Impossible assembly: Faded, poorly translated manuals.

Every wooden wheel maxed out at 42 or 43 inches. That simply doesn't work for a highly active Bengal, Norwegian Forest Cat, or Maine Coon.
