We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee so you can try the Nordic Beast Cat Wheel with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and we cover the cost of return shipping, including for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Customers who purchased the 60-Day Guarantee Upgrade have 60 days from delivery instead of 30.
To be eligible for a refund, the wheel must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all parts and hardware, and in clean, undamaged condition beyond normal use during your trial period. Please keep the original box for the duration of your trial, as the wheel cannot be safely shipped back without it.
To start a return, please contact us at info@nordicbeast.eu and our team will guide you through the process and arrange the return shipping label. We aim to respond to all inquiries within one business day.
Warranty Policy
Every Nordic Beast Cat Wheel is backed by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. If any part experiences a manufacturing defect or fails under normal use within that period, we will provide replacement parts at no cost. The warranty covers the original buyer and does not cover normal wear and tear of the running carpet.
To make a warranty claim, email info@nordicbeast.eu with your order number (from this website or Amazon) and, where possible, a photo of the affected part. Our support team will respond within one business day. Replacement parts are shipped from our fulfillment center in Illinois, USA.
