Important update from Nordic Beast!
UPDATE: This issue is solved for now as we were able to block new sellers from coming onto our listing!
So recently, our 48'' cat wheel listing has been heavily bombarded with fraudulent sellers.
Mostly Chinese-originated, these sellers claim to sell our product with a large discount, without actually sending you the real Nordic Beast cat wheel.
PS! We recently changed our seller name from "Omniville" to "Nordic Beast" to make it easy for you guys! The screenshots still have our old seller name (Omniville) on them.
Who are they?
We don't know for sure, but it is a common scheme on Amazon, that hijackers search for products that operate well and then list themselves on the listings with a high discount. Their goal is to gather short-term revenue and flee after they have been revealed.
Why doesn't Amazon help?
Amazon does help, but this is a very time-consuming process. For the verification, they ask to make a test purchase and compare the real product to the accused seller's one. As we've already purchased the hijackers to get them removed ASAP, most of them deliver the product themselves (from China) which usually takes 4 or more weeks to be shipped to the States.
It would be much easier if we had our brand registered in the USPTO (The United States Patent and Trademark Office), but unfortunately, currently, the brand registry for Nordic Beast is "in pending" status and doesn't provide the protection yet.
I already made a purchase, what do I do?
As Amazon offers a 30-day refund policy, you should be able to return your product for a refund. Additionally, you could share the products you received with us (so we could report them to Amazon and get these sellers removed faster).
PS! Please don't leave a negative review, as this will hurt us. If you want to warn other buyers, you can leave negative feedback on the seller's page (when clicking on their name on the listing).
Should I wait for the hijackers to leave before making a purchase?
No, you don't have to wait. Just always make sure that you buy from us. Our seller's name is Nordic Beast.

Unfortunately, the customer named Emily is was one of victims, who meant to buy Nordic Beast cat wheel, but bought a counterfeit from a hijacker instead.
We have tried contacting Amazon and explaining them, that the customer was let down and is unhappy, and Emily is completely unaware that this isn't a legit Nordic Beast product, but Amazon won't share the information about the customer. The reason is that the product was sold by another seller and we don't need to contact the customer. Even if we explained Amazon Seller Support, that that seller has been removed by now for the prohibited activity, but Amazon remains silent and we are completely helpless to help the customer 😞.
